Going to take my car in tommorrow morning for a check up. It definitly needs an oil change. It has quit on me twice for no apparent reason. Once on a curve and once at the end of the driveway. It's getting pretty old..a '93 but it doesn't have many miles on it. Only about 35k. I hope its something simple. Because if it isn't I probably can't get it fixed right now.

Oh and so far only found one tick on me. I washed my clothes and myself but I still smell that rotten stuff I picked up. Even the kitty litter wasn't as bad as that thing. Not sure what it was..an old rug maybe but had been left out and gotten wet and rotted..YUK!!! Good thing I won't have to do that again because I might just refuse lol.

The lady has a horse too. And the neibor there has more horses. She says we can go riding sometime I haven't been on a horse in years and would love to again so that is very cool. Met a couple of other volunteers today too. They all seem really nice. So my social life is improving a bit. Still no change in the love life though.

My best friend was on msn last night. She has recovered pretty much from surgery but the chemo therapy is getting her down. She seemed much more like her old self to me now though. I want to go visit her soon.

Anyone know anything about horse shows? Espeically ones in northeast Arkansas? Or southeast Misouri? West Tenn? Haven't been to one in years. I know they used to have a few around here. I haven't seen any listed in the papers though. No idea if those ever get write ups or not. Unless it's a big rodeo.
