Well bought three new blouses/shirts. I must be still be young at heart because I got them from the junior section of the store lol. I have also gone through my closet again and thrown out some more of the too big stuff or really old stuff that I havent worn in years. I need a couple more dresses I think. Ones that are NOT black. And maybe a pair or two of dress pants or some kind of pants that will look dressy. The only pants I have that fit now are all jeans. I don't think any of the others can be altered either. I suppose It will really depend on wha kind of job I end up doing or if I end up going out to places where you need to be a bit dressy. If I don't then why buy em?
I am told that I am not overweight. I still think I need to lose some...but I am meaning lose fat..not weight itself. Gain some muscle instead. It might be easier if I join a gym. Right now I don't see the point in driving so far just for that though. Especially with gas prices up so much. I did buy some dumbells and have been working out with those for a while. Just got some heavier ones the other day. Problem with those is...I am going by pictures in books and instructions on the net so I am not entirely certain that I am doing them correctly. I suppose doing anything is better than nothing though and so far I have not hurt myself lol. I expect this will take some time. After all it took a while to gain the weight in the first place.
I guess thats all for now. I have a doctors appointment this afternoon. Having my thyroid checked again. When I had my checkup it was high...then when they did an uptake it was normal..so the doc told me to come back in a few months and have it checked again. I think those tests he does do not really work though...it wont show as high unless it is really really high..but for me I think the upper normal range might be high. Anyway will see what the test says.
