The light coming in through the window looked so strange so I went back outside. It was really reddish looking and the clouds had a bit of red tint...and the light on the trees looked golden. That was beautiful. And a hummingbird came and hovered right in front of my face for a minute. That was neat. I think the color was because a storm blew past us just about an hour ago. No rain but lots of wind and clouds. The wind really cooled things off.

Now I am eating an apple with crunchy peanut butter and reading blogs again. Did some shopping earlier but it was really too hot to go wandering around all the stores. Will wait till the heat wave passes for any serious shopping I think.

I think maybe I should keep notebook up when reading blogs..I think of things I might like to post but by the time I am done reading I have forgotten what they were. So I end up just posting whatever is in my head at the moment. And I think a lot of the time my head is pretty empty.
