How do you make those links to another persons blog in your posts?

Went to a pet adoption day for the Amimal Farm..a no kill shelter near Paragould. They are really nice people. They had some dogs out there in cages with an awning over them but it was still way too hot. They didn't get many folks come by today. Lady told me they usually do better. I think most people stayed home in the air conditioning today. Wensday I will be going to the shelter and helping to clean up. I think I will be cleaning up after cats this time. Not sure If I can handle that..they said the cats are in a trailer..I suppose it depends on how many there are in an enclosed space. I will try it anyway. Might have to switch to dogs.

I got lost on the way there. Even after looking at the map. Somehow or another I went right past the road I wanted. Finally made it though. Thought I might have heat stroke on the way home. I didn't take enough water with me. Needed at least twice as much with that heat.

I have been eating too much lately too. Not sure why I do that but it makes me mad at myself. Oh well it will pass..hopefully before I turn into a blimp.

Iced orange juice is good.
