Got this book..The Introvert Advantage....from what I have read so far this sounds just like me. Perhaps thats the cause of me having so much trouble communicating sometimes. The fear of attention...the mind going blank....not feeling as if you know enough about anything to comment on it..it all sounds so familiar. And this even after college...I did some excellent writing in college...The Dean of the college even told me that once. I still do not really believe it though. Maybe by the time I finish reading this book I will have learned enough that it won't bother me so much. Oh yea and still smoke free so far. And not killed anyone...yet.
