I have noticed lately that people seem to have problems with these. They get defensive and give explanations, excuses, reasons...justifications. Problem with that is that people tend to take it the wrong way. Sometimes just a simple "i'm sorry" is the much better choice. It also tends to sound much more sincere. Too bad it's so much harder to do
